Terms and Conditions

Welcome to my-car.co.uk. These terms govern the use of our website and the garage services provided by My Car at our Huddersfield workshop.

1. Services & Quotations

All servicing, repairs, and diagnostics (including TerraClean DPF treatments) are completed by fully qualified technicians. Price quotes given online are subject to physical inspection of the vehicle.

2. MOT Testing and Promotional Pricing

Our standard standard promotional MOT price of £25 applies strictly to weekday bookings. Saturdays and trade bookings are explicitly excluded from this promotional rate and are billed at our standard regular rate of £54.85. Free MOT re-tests are subject to standard DVSA timelines and conditions.

3. Guarantees and Parts

All replacement parts and labour are fully guaranteed against manufacturing or workmanship defects. Any parts replaced will match or exceed OEM specifications to protect your manufacturer's warranty.
